No. Due to the nature of the membership (as a member you can download all patterns and tutorials, as well as e-books) we cannot offer a monthly membership option.
Yes. Your yearly subscription renews automatically after its expiration date. However, you can cancel it any time. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for the unused time of your yearly subscription if you have downloaded any content.
Yes, your yearly subscription renews automatically when you reach the end of the subscription period.
You are charged annually the full amount for the yearly subscription.
As a member, you will have access to all new content before it is published on the public website nordichook.com.
As a member, you will be able to download the newest Nordic Hook e-books for free before they appear for purchase in the Nordic Hook Shop.
Exclusive content is available only for the members and will never appear on the public website nordichook.com, nor in the Nordic Hook Shop for purchase. It may include patterns, stitch tutorials or other content.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund you for purchases you made before becoming a member.
You can see all details of your subscription in section My Account which you can find in the main menu at the top of the website.
To prevent the misuse of the content we implemented the download limits for individual patterns. This means that you can download the same PDF pattern only a limited number of times. If you reach this limit, please contact us here.
Yes, you can get a refund if you contact us within 30 days after the renewal. Use the contact form here.
