- All the patterns, tutorials and other content available with the membership access are for personal use only and belong to our company Creative House I/S. They are protected by copyright laws. You are not allowed copy, reproduce, share, distribute or sell Nordic Hook patterns, tutorials, photos, videos and other content to individuals, companies or websites (including, but not limited to, social media platforms). You are granted a limited license to use the patterns for personal use only. Download limits are set to prevent misuse.
- The membership is for individual use only. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, without notice and compensation, if we suspect that you are sharing the membership with another individual or company.
- By becoming a member you agree to a rolling membership. Your annual subscription will continue until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time, however, due to the nature of the membership, we cannot issue any refunds.
- We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, without notice and compensation, if we suspect that you have violated our terms and conditions. In the event of termination, you will forfeit any rights to use the content available with the membership access.
- We cannot issue refunds for digital downloads purchased prior to your membership.
- Our content is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it is without errors.
- We reserve the right to modify, increase or reduce the membership tiers at any time.
- We reserve the right to change and/or reduce the content available with the membership access at any time.
- Our company shall not be liable for any damages related to your use or your inability to use our services.
